They will have to chop multiple heads, too. So one head will get chopped, and the other will convert. Then they’ll all die of chicken pox, just like in the Isaac Asimov’s Martian Chronicles, or the common cold, as in HG Wells’ War of the Worlds. Either way, there will be ample dessert in which to raise camels and sheep to hump, and the martians will be the more fortunate of the three.
