how is the homeowner supposed to know the intent of the criminal?
how about nobody should break into anyone’s home, just for cereal?
and i don’t believe it was just for cereal.
“even if it is a bit dated”
A bit dated? Hell he’s probably committed at least 20 more burglaries by now. I’d just like to know how they consider someone who breaks into an occupied home “not dangerous”?
Be careful or the gov't will send another probe to Uranus.
What would it take to get him off the street?
Someone who’s a better shot.

Don’t they have a “36 times and your out” law?
That should be “you’re.”
Even the grammar police make misteaks, but we usually catch them. ;-)
They usually are series over something as hugh as this.
LOL!! Good one!
Caught 37 times. What does it take to get these creeps off the streets?
Two to the center of mass, one to the head, maybe.
News 13 wanted to know why Garcia was not in jail and discovered he was ruled incompetent to stand trial this past December. With that ruling a judge ordered the dismissal of his three 2011 cases and ordered his release from jail.
A spokesperson for the District Attorney’s office says their hands are tied. The only way they could argue for Garcia to remain locked up, even in a mental health facility, is if his crimes were of a violent nature and the crimes he’s charged with do not fit the legal requirements.
Intruders names: The DDN article also states that Deron McGuire Jr., 23, London Norman, 23, Barwick and Tavaughn Lewis, 20, are all in police custody and face possible charges of aggravated burglary, aggravated robbery and kidnapping.
The article continues, Two Wright State students were home when the intruders entered. Trent Seitz, 21, reportedly struggled with the men and was ordered to the floor. He called out for his roommate, Christopher Muse, who told police that he grabbed a gun and fired at the men.
TaVaun Fambrough and Anthony Barwick II were both wounded during the altercation as they struggled with Seitz and Muse. Fambrough was sent to Miami Valley Hospital, where he later died from a gunshot wound to his chest. Barwick was treated and released from the hospital, according to the DDN.
Unusual names?

Sorry... wrong thread
” Id just like to know how they consider someone who breaks into an occupied home not dangerous?”
That’s easy. Leftists see the criminals as law-abiding and the law-abiding as criminals!
When in doubt do it Mozambique style!
I hope it hurt.
