Once again Michelle hits one out of the park.

Unfortunately this will be responded to with...silence.

"They are little children stiffed by a privileged Democrat Senator.
What difference does it make?"

Obviously Michelle hasn’t gotten the Memo.

Democrats can do ANYTHING - not a big deal.

Republicans, on the other hand, specially conservative Republicans - must always be subject to scrutiny and crictizm.

Ask Joe Scarborough or “perky’ Katie Couric (she’s BAAAAAAAAAAAAAACK!!). They’ll tell you!

There's an old saying when it comes to illicit sex and dem politicians that goes back DECADES, but I'm sure the "ethics" of this have long been relaxed. The old saying was "they could catch a dem politician with a dead girl or a live boy in their bed, and still not be kicked out of their 'august body.'"

Well, they've found Bobby with a live little girl in his bed... He gets a pass...

Malkin is dead on the mark with this. Not only will no female Dems come forward to criticize this pervert but none of his male Dem colleagues will either.

Dems skate on all criminality. I argued and argued with my Leftist (former) friends that EVERY WOMAN who accused Clinton of sexual harassment/ rape/groping, etc, was a DEMOCRAT women. Not one cared and all of them still voted for the sleazebag in 1996.

Yep, it easy to see why necrophiliacs and pedophiles are attracted to the Democrat party. No rules, no morals, no soul.

I have no idea if 16 years old is the age of consent in the Dominican Republic. On the other hand, I believe that there's a federal law against "underage sex tours," primarily aimed at Thailand, that makes it a federal crime to have sex with an underage girl in a foreign country, if that girl is underage by US standards. I could have this wrong, but I believe that's correct.

You have to remember with the FRAUDS ON THE LEFT. They have to protect their own. Sex with a minor, hell, no problem. He’s a democrat. It’s only a problem if a white republican does it. Gore. Sells out to big oil. No problem. That was good oil. It’s only bad oil when republicans are involved.

I believe that's correct.

It is, the pervert can be charged with the crime committed in the D.R. even if the D.R. doesn't consider it a crime.

IF Sen Menendez is found guilty of traveling to the Dominican Republic to engage in sexual intercourse with underage prostitutes, he could face up to 30 years prison. The appropriate law, which would seem to apply in this instance, is the Prosecutorial Remedies And Other Tools To End The Exploitation Of Children Today (or the Protect Act).

Menendez voted for the law when he was a member of the House of Representatives.

“TRAVEL WITH INTENT TO ENGAGE IN ILLICIT SEXUAL CONDUCT.

“A person who travels in interstate commerce or travels into the United States, or a United States citizen or an alien admitted for permanent residence in the United States who travels in foreign commerce, for the purpose of engaging in any illicit sexual conduct with another person shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 30 years, or both.

‘‘(c) ENGAGING IN ILLICIT SEXUAL CONDUCT IN FOREIGN PLACES.—Any United States citizen or alien admitted for permanent residence who travels in foreign commerce, and engages in any illicit sexual conduct with another person shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 30 years, or both.”

‘‘(d) ANCILLARY OFFENSES.—Whoever, for the purpose of commercial advantage or private financial gain, arranges, induces, procures, or facilitates the travel of a person knowing that such a person is traveling in interstate commerce or foreign commerce for the purpose of engaging in
illicit sexual conduct shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 30 years, or both.

‘‘(e) ATTEMPT AND CONSPIRACY.—Whoever attempts or conspires to violate subsection (a), (b), (c), or (d) shall be punishable in the same manner as a completed violation of that subsection. (rest at web site)
