You are no doubt correct that health care tourism to the US will no longer be a big money maker for places like the Mayo Clinic and the Cleveland Clinic.

No soon it will be the Bahamas and Granada.

Yes the well to do of this country will soon be joining the well healed Canadians on Life Flights to foreign hospitals because either top flight health care is unavailable at home or the long wait to receive care ensures they will be dead before they receive care.
