“....if Obama takes the Titanic USA into the iceberg patch, Romney will get a little more respect....”

.
Big deal, what good is respect when the entire country resides on the bottom of the ocean.

Romney go away...and take McCain with you. No more RINOs.

Then why did he even bother when there were other candidates that DID want to win?

To just destroy conservatives is my answer.

If he fought Obama with 1/10th of the effort he used to go after others in the primary he might have gotten the base to come out.

Instead he ran the same old tired playbook of a moderate general election the GOP has been running, except for Reagan whom they fought, since Nixon in 1972.

What if Romney ran for Kerry's Senate seat?

Not a huge fan of the guy obviously but its a myth to say he didn’t even try in the general.

He spent a load of money...but...he didn't even try in the General Election.

Actually, and I hope I dont get heat for this, but Reagan had a very big tent coalition in the 80s and people revere him for it. If the GOP was all about ultra conservatives, the party wouldn’t appeal to the electorate. RINO’s aren’t bad, so long as they know their place.

I guess you missed the other debates. Mutt proved he could be aggressive when he was running against conservatives. Against Obama, he couldn’t even point his finger let alone land a knock out punch.

Romney worked with his henchmen to shut actually conservative pols with actual political talent (e.g., Sarah Palin) out of the GOP, which was more damaging than helpful. The last thing we need is more of his ‘help’.

Interesting that Drudge isn't talking about Romney's re-emergence so far. That piece of crap and his buddies Curl and Hurt were collaborators in Mitt's smears against Palin, Newt, Santorum, Cain.

(That's a complete and utter lack of respect for your kind BTW)

I have always respected your views on this forum. I had no idea you are a total jerk. And you obviously are clueless about what "my kind" is.
