I have seen a tiny amount of racism in the GOP - and a huge amount in the Democrat party. Almost all republicans are indifferent to skin color. They would support Sarah Palin, completely indifferent to the detail that she is in an interracial marriage. They would support Bobby Jindal without regard to his ancestry (assuming he qualifies as natural born citizen). They would be thrilled to have Thomas Sowell or Herman Cain as our president. That doesn't count as inclusive enough though because all those conservatives are genuinely deserving of a leadership position in our country.

The democrats vote primarily based on "diversity", the ability to check off boxes as "the first ____ in this position". They play the race card as a way of avoiding well-deserved blame, and they completely reject Martin Luther King's ideal of judging individuals by the content of their character and not the color of their skin. Democrats disgust me for exactly the same reason that racists disgust me - and they are all too often the same people.
