The politicians want gun control because it is a threat to them. They dont care about your kids or thier saftey otherwise they would be talking about the pushing under the rug of the mentally disturbed and the heavily medicated in this country and a national school security program thru homeland security. How do they have metal detectors, alarms and armed guards at court house’s and government buildings to protect judges politicians and their personel but our school security is left up to the school administration and local police that are inadequatley prepared and inexperience in these situations. They would never open a school without a fire alarm in place for “thier saftety” SO WHY IN THE HELL DONT THEY HAVE A MAJOR SECURITY SYSTEM, automatic lock down of all class rms at the sound of an alarm with swat team or national guard assign to respond quickly. They lie and grandstand and you all soak it up and give them what they really came for. sen Ried owns guns and carries so does Fienstien yet they want gun control for you
