Nugent didn’t dodge the Draft. He had a high number and never got called up. He explained this on the Howie Carr Show when Obama sent his goons for him. The Rolling Stone story was a joke that they fell for because that’s what they wanted to hear.

Yep and the same was for Rush - a high draft number - yet he is vilified for this...
Unlike Kerry, who served in Viet Nam, came home, ratted on his fellow servicemen then desecrated the medals he won...
