Research money is drying up and the lavish lifestyle of the anointed climate intelligentsia is being threaten to become extinct like the Dodo bird. I do not wish to disparage the Dodo bird as they did not fear their killers nor understand their end. The scientists see the end of their reign and are willing to “cling to their studies and core samples.”

"Extremely likely" in the IPCC's language means a level of certainty of at least 95 percent.
The next level is "virtually certain", or 99 percent, the greatest possible certainty for the scientists. Au contraire. There's "super-duper certain" (99.9), "so certain I can't image any other possibility" (99.9999) and PC1 (100 even)
