You have a source for your statistics on “older people” being a danger on the road? Some are and some are not.
Statically, we can deny many group’s rights, based on the lowest common denominator of statistics. We don’t usually do that by group stereotype. But liberals would love to do it the old whitey generation. So beware. It’s is a dream of those you don’t want controlling life.
I am against elderly driving without a yearly driving test. I work with the elderly and see how they have poorer memories, reflexes, eye sight, and hearing. If they pass exams, no problem. I also lived in So. Fla. where elderly were always hitting the gas instead of the brake.
