It has sparked large protests at the Capitol by union members and anger from Democrats upset the right to work issue never even got a committee hearing.

What are they worried about? If unions are such great things then everyone should be clamoring to join. They shouldn't need to force people to join...

Michigan Repubs control the Senate 26-12 (which means the bill WILL be passed real soon there) and control the House 64-46. And there was no quorum rule holding things up while the union side rampaged.

I'm hoping this will be on the gov's desk by the end of the week.

Hopefully it will be on Gov. Snyder’s desk to sign on Monday when King Kenyan comes here to Detroit to talk about taxing the rich and continuing his class warfare rhetoric - now that would be perfect timing.
