Yahoo News feels your pain?...Not likely. If these hacks had any concern for unemployment they would have put these stories out before the election and in addition maybe a few favorable articles on how Romney/Ryan would have created jobs. FU Yahoo News!

How long before they blame Republicans? Just a matter of time.

Amazing. They bury the story for years...only to pull it out
after the election.
If things ever do get ugly, the left wing media creeps should not be surprised when the nastiness pours directly onto them.

Nationwide unemployment sits at 9.7 percent What? When did anyone report this as an actual number?
I thought it went down to 7.8 and was falling.

It should go up drastically now that so many companies who were waiting until after the election to make decisions have now started layoffs. Probably won’t be reported, though. (I don’t think it has been accurately reported since BO took office.)

Where did Yahoo! come up with 9.7% unemployment?
And, isn't it true, that after some time interval and a person gives up, they can't be "unemployed" anymore. They don't appear in the unemployment calculation. IOW, long term unemployment is a CURE for high unemployment figures, provided the "term" of unemployment is long enough.

One silver lining to the Obama win: another four years we won’t have to see heartwrenching media stories of unemployment, homelessness, forclosures, bankruptcies and the shrinking middle class. That will all be happening of course, we just won’t hear about it.

I know, but I want to see/hear about it in the MSM, not just FOX.

The unemployed are just more grist for the news mill. Interview some joe out of work, quote some expert, words of sympathy and “probing” questions, on to the weather or scandal or ......

Suddenly the liberal news media is concerned with unemployment? What a bunch of crap! The next four years will see a lot more thanks to their boy!
To: AngelesCrestHighway
Suddenly the liberal news media is concerned with unemployment? Not really. I suspect they are only running this story to get people ready for more unemployment extensions, and demonize the Pubs if they don't go along. I wouldn't be surporised if Obama comes out with a plan for unemployment benefits to last four and a half years.

Yahoo News on the list of complicit media outlets who knowingly did not report on items such as this to get Obama re-elected.
Any faux outrage given to House Republicans should be SOUNDLY shot down, but it will not because we have Boehner as the Speaker of the House.

The hypocrisy in this country is stunning.

Ha - where were they when my husband was desperately seeking employment and went back to swinging a hammer after 11 years in IT???
In 2012, average hourly pay has risen just 1.6 percent
HA.........
In September my husband went from temp to full employment and took a $4.50 an hour pay cut. Thankfully, we both know how to budget and have already adjusted. Unfortunately having all of our vehicles and the water well pump croak in the space of 3 days has totally wiped out the cushion we had finally started rebuilding.

They probably came up with this idea when they thought Romney was going to win. Obama won - so the MSM will ignore the unemployed, the homeless and those broken by democrat elites. Yahoo's a wannabee of the MSM... they need to check with the New York Times for what's 'in' and what's not...
We'll have to wait another four years for them to all get on their high horses... well unless there's a sex scandal involving the military or Republicans. Then the little creeps can get the adrenalin going...
