Turn on the Chicago PD scanner some Saturday night. It’s all “black male in hoodie” doing this or that. It sounds like a war zone. They are killing each other as fast as they can.
It is embarrassing to see what has happened to some of or once great cities.
Hmmm, maybe they need a hoodie tax?
