US Troops Would Not Have Been Painting Targets on Ground Unless There Was Air Support Overhead

From all of the lies and propaganda from the regime and the msm we don't know what to believe. From what I have been able to ascertain Tyrone Woods and possibly Glen Doherty were on the roof of the annex manning a LMG, a Minimi or a SAW I'd guess. Was the laser in question a laser sight or an actual "big box". ?

If it was a big box then they were expecting or hoping for air support. Reports stating that they were "painting" the mortar team leads us to believe this.

If they were using a laser sight on the gun it would be visible in real time and could be used for targeting the bad guys.

Does anyone know if there were A-10s at the airbase in Italy? About 90 mins away ith their airspeed.
