You’re right about Rice of course. In this, however, I firmly believe Rice was Hillary’s water carrier.
I actually wonder if Rice, OR Obama, even knew there was NO intel, anywhere, positing the fiction they were out there peddling. It’s almost too astounding for belief for them to blab that much fiction with that frequency, for that long, without a single Intel source to back them up.
Hillary on the other hand is the commander of State DOING the Intel and directly responsible. How many Intel meetings did she attend?
