I’m just guessing that Sonja Sotomayor, a member and former legal counsel to the Hispanic Ku Klux Klan (La Raza-The Race) is probably going to rule in favor of affirmative action...just guessing

I bet they allow it. Watch it be a 4-4 tie which lets the lower court support for it stand

Also in attendance was retired Justice Sandra Day OConnor, who wrote the majority opinion in a 2003 case that upheld the use of race in college admissions.Who nominated her?

Bah! Roberts will figure out that affirmative action is a tax on white people — which it is.

This is a more complicated case; victim 1 claims her rights were infringed by victim 2. These challenges were bound to show up once Hispanics outnumbered blacks (where I work some departments are 75% Hispanic, without a single black American); the “replacement Americans” imported to replace our blacks (and eventually all of us) gave companies a loophole so they don’t have to deal with either blacks or females.
As long as affirmative action stands in any form, expect the white birthrate to continue to plummet, and get accustomed to hearing twenty different languages in your neighborhood; this policy has created a demographic nightmare (not down the road, but NOW) that will be impossible to reverse.

CJ Roberts will find 75 ways to twist and turn this into a tax that UT can levy on white girls who do too well in high school!!
Affirmative action isn’t going anywhere. If it were, zero wouldn’t be America’s worst president EVER!!!

“Affirmative action isnt going anywhere.”
It has already been “demoted” from a sole qualifier to one of many to determine admissions; it faces additional problems because blacks don’t like the current form (which still favors white women as “victims”) and because Hispanics outnumber blacks (and have since 2000). Too many loopholes to simply avoid unqualified blacks entirely...
