Does this mean you favor the Supreme Court vote making Corporations people, and money speech? Are you not worried that now labor unions, and foreign Chinese and Russian millionaires can give secret money to Obama’s campaign? We really need an amendment returning us to what our founders intended.

You pick a rabbit out of a hat and attempt to impress, lol? Had Repubs acted like dems when pushing ideological purity, Citizens United would not have been as close as the final ruling was. Thanks for making my point.
Shall I counter with Lawrence, Kelo, Hodgson v. Minnesota, Planned Parenthood v. Casey, Roper v. Simmons, Christian Legal Society v. Martinez etc...

Obama is so arrogant I would not be surprised if he nominated Eric Holder.

The GOP moderates crave moral relativist and big government cronies, liberty from "Above" Justices are an accident, if history is our guide; either way a crap shoot with Romney, might surprise us if elected, but don't have high hopes though, lol. The only reason why I am voting for Romney, because of chance wich is pathetic if that is our biggest weapon against dems. You've hit on something important. When the Republican Party actually doing what it claims in its party planks is considered a "happy accident" there has to be some soul searching. As it is, I've come to the conclusion that the Republican party is simply the party of lies. When was the last time they tried to overturn Roe v. Wade? When was the last time they really did something to restore the 2nd Amendment, like put the NCA or CGA up for repeal? When was the last time they seriously cut down government, say by dissolving an agency (and not simply rolling it into another)? What about Government Accountability? Fast & Furious shows what a lie that is, considering that on its face it was an unauthorized act of war and, by definition, state sponsored terrorism.
In trying to please everybody, the Republican party has/will/is become the party of nobody.
