I think the best response would be a peripheral reference to the “partitioning of Iran”, without explanation. And then refuse further comment. Tehran would freak out.

U.N. or no U.N. that man sould not ever be allowed on U.S. soil for any reason.
To hell with protocol — as soon as he got to that point the speech, he should have been hauled to one side, forced to kneel down, and shot once right in the back of the head. The only reason he’ll leave NYC alive is because Israel doesn’t want to embarrass the US.
