Last night there were a couple of threads which addressed FL law regarding illegal videotaping and it would seem that what was done MAY have violated that law.
I don’t know that there were signs or oral notices at the event.

Digital video recording doesn’t “continue”, it STOPS followed by the start of a separate recording. Someone deliberately put the two segments together. This isn’t analog videotape where the recording just keeps going, flowing from one segment into another.

My feeling from the beginning (once it became clear that Romney
would be the nominee) was that Mitt, a decent guy, probably had
little idea of just how relentlessly cynical and dishonest the
Obama/MSM onslaught against him would be: he’s got a taste of it
now, and I dearly hope it lights a fire in him, and he becomes a
more forceful and tougher candidate in the next 7 weeks.
What this means is NO MORE appearances on Kelly Ripa and Michael
Strahan early morning TV shows (though that one went very well)
and ABOVE ALL, no more wasting time submitting yourself to these
supposedly all-important screenings by ANYONE from the MSM, just
to prove you’re a nice guy and have a substantial program and
plan for America.GO DIRECTLY TO THE PEOPLE instead, and
OVER-PREPARE for the debates, because Obama truly doesn’t know
how to handle a real debate, and anyone reasonable well-prepared
will make him look like the fool he is.
So you’re suggesting Mother JOnes may have learned
well from Breitbart.
