On what grounds can a federal court reverse a Kansas ballot eligibility ruling? If that was the case, there would simply not BE any state rules.
(speaking strictly in the legal sense, of course not in the looking glass world of our lawless/dictatorship society)

(I'll write in Palin in 2012. That is 1 vote for Palin, 0 votes for Romney and Zer0 votes for Obama.)

It doesn't matter if Obama is on the ballot or not in Kansas. Either way, he's gonna lose big time here!
Way to go, Jayhawks!

Kobach is a rising star in the party. I could see him as a veep candidate soon

Yes very likely but the publicity over this will be bad for Zero! It will generate particularly bad PR if the Federal Judge is a Rat appointee.
Again I don’t know where he was born, given the evidence I have seen. However there is something “bad” about his basic documentation. So “bad” he is going to great lengths & expense to hide it. We need to know what it is!

This is a loser move. All this will do is create a distraction from the real issues...and garner sympathy for the poser. The LAST thing we need is the media to have yet another excuse to not cover the economy and foreign policy. THOSE need to be the issues...not this. It’s too late for THIS. It should have been brought up and dealt with in ‘08. Doing so now is a bad move.

Why should the American electorate have to deal with anything hidden about a candidate for high office? Where’s the transparency?

So, in order to be on the ballot in Kansas, Obama has to
prove his paternity.
I like that. I like that a lot.
