Thanks. Those didn’t look like insurmountable odds.

I do not see how it can benefit any candidate to say hey we cant win your state so good bye, we wont even tryBecause Pennsylvania in particular, is dominated by Philly and Pittsburgh and the rest of the state, while conservative, is out of luck.
I left that horrible state earlier this year.

I think MI will be in the R/R camp — OH too.
PA does this little tease every year... enough already. If their voter ID law proves out, so be it, but otherwise it’s wasting resources.
This all from my HOP (Humble Opinion Processor).

"If true, Romney is another McLame."
He's not supposed to actually win you know... neither was McCain. The Rodney King riots would look like a picnic if Obama were to actually lose... no one in the "establishment" wants to see that happen.
Firing someone hired through affirmative action is not something that's even considered in today's America.

Several recent GOP nominees have wasted money on PA, MI, and even OR because of bogus polling when those funds would have helped elsewhere. Still, I suspect if things move ahead enough, and they are deemed vulnerable, Romney would go for the bigger win.

Do NOT panic. Would you spend a lot of money on ads that are now stale...they have been working on new ones- the DNC and tonight’s speech by the president give us plenty of new ammo..

Senior Romney-Ryan campaign officials tell Fox News the campaign will launch an enormous media offensive on Friday, the day after President Obama accepts the Democratic Partys nomination for a second term. The push will include ad buys in several states that will cost tens of millions of dollars
Romney-Ryan officials did not repudiate such talk; indeed, one official, in speaking to Fox News, likened the offensive that will begin Thursday to the daisy cutter bombs used in the Iraq war.

Michigan could go for Romney even without the ads. I don't know whether it's a postindustrial demographic shift, voter apathy in the inner cities, a Christian revival or what. But Michigan has definitely being moving right since 2010.

I'm not sure this is a good idea in a state that made a hard right turn in 2010..

We don’t need those bastions of liberalism to win.
To: Jyotishi
Right. I believe it is a head fake. They will have the resources to pour it on when the best time comes. When is the best time? After Zero’s zeros have committed their lesser resources elsewhere.
To: Perdogg
I didn’t see any specific states mentioned there.
