Yeah, you’re right, it’s not actually doing any “good.”
It’s mostly humor/stress relief, partly science experiment to see what is the dumbest thing you can say that will get liked by the leftists.
Though, it is kind of sad to see them swallow up whatever we say like it’s gospel. Abortion with rocks? Obama created more jobs than Reagan? Best economy ever? Come on.
Should mention those bumper stickers to my friend - he could make some up and slap them on some Lefties’ bumpers. One car already had an 0bama/Biden 2012 sticker on it. He put a “Liberalism is a mental disorder” sticker right next to it. He figures for every 10 cars in deep blue Chicago he does with anti-0bama stickers, one will probably be vandalized and the perp is likely to be taken out of circulation until election day.
You bring them roses and praise, and expect them to disagree with you, or fact check you?
They are believing you, and then passing on the good news that Obama created more jobs than Reagan, that abortion was brutal and ugly before ROEvWADE, that even rocks were used in some fashion in the distant past, that republicans want to ban contraceptives.
Wasn’t republican contraception banning a huge issue just a month or two ago? How is repeating and spreading that a joke on them, it is a democrat talking point, as is the Reagan/Obama claim, and the abortion statement.
I think that you and your friend should do that here, we could use some good news.
Do you think the Romney campaign would be improved if someone ran around claiming equivalent lies here such as “Obama was on the stump today promising he’d enact China’s one-child policy?” or “If you apply a negative multiplier to Paul Ryan’s spending plan, he balances the budget in one year?”
If so, then we’ll have to agree to disagree. I won’t be a concern troll, but I won’t lie here, either.
I like “OBAMACARE has shovel-ready jobs”
I like “OBAMACARE has shovel-ready jobs”
I like “OBAMACARE has shovel-ready jobs”
FR is a tough crowd, we have a large percentage of people here that are fact based and from knowledgeable backgrounds, but flattering agreement would be the easiest to slip past us.
The point being of course, flattering agreement with our political positions, not flattery of individual posters, which is not what you do over there.
Over there, you reinforce their politics and political history.
You win. Either or both of those end up on my chrome. :^)
How about:
Romney had dog on the roof of his CAR
Obama had dog on the roof of his MOUTH
So the Obama campaign spends millions of dollars to print campaign stickers. But, obviously, few are taking them and the stickers must be sitting around in boxes. So the wise campaign managers decide to spend thousands of dollars more to MAIL free stickers - costing time, envelopes, stamps, and staff salaries to get them out. Not very good economic sense for a campaign that is crying about low funds. But unwise economic decisions with this administration is a given, isn’t it? Yep, sounds like desperation to me.
My fav is:
“If you voted for Obama in 2008 to prove that you are not a racist....
“Then you need to vote for Romney in 2012 to prove that you are not an idiot.”
Free sticker, for a $5 contribution.
