As paranoid and inferiority-complex the Muslim world is, it seems to me that they would totally freak out if someone even suggested a “post-Islam Middle East”.
It could be quite the prank, by being evasive about what it is that would cause the total collapse of Islam, and whether the people still existed, just not as Muslims, or if they were gone as well.
Fleshing it out, with some maps showing how various nations would be renamed, with Israel several times larger, but again divided into Israel and Judea, and other nations like “Catholic Arabia”, “Zoroastrian Persia”, and “Hindu Afghanistan” encompassing Pakistan, which no longer existed.
Most of Africa would be Anglican. And I would expand Serbia to control any Muslim areas in eastern Europe.
