Obviously you have decided Armstrong must prove his innocence, as opposed to USADA proving his guilt.
And you wonder why such thinking bothers people... LOL
As I have stated before, the totality of the evidence will be needed to establish guilt or innocence, and all within the boundaries of the USADA rules. “I think he cheated” is the point of this particular article, and was written by his personal assistant of 2 years.
