Yeah, all of the above ... and then some.
This was the intent, initially,
and it gave landowners an incentive
to vote with their pocketbooks.
In the present, the pocketbooks still
do the voting, in most cases, but the
government writes the checks for over
forty-five percent of those who vote,
and those voters are not normally landowners.
I agree with only small reservations. My
small reservation is that all landowners
should be fined if they do not vote, similar
to Australia.
Yeah really. I hope Mitt does give out more tax returns. Right after ozero gives up his grades in college, tells us why he wore a wedding ring in his college days, how he got accepted to all those colleges, how come no one remembers him and a few other little goodies I would like to know...
