The courts ruled that the ban on offshore drilling in the Gulf Coast was illegal, too. But they still aren’t issuing any permits. Yea! We Won! In Court!
Poor air quality or adverse voting record?
The Feds ought to shutdown ALL construction throughout CA. They should cutoff all electric power to CA from outside the state. All air, rail, sea, and ground traffic in or out blocked. All imports into CA should be stopped. All exports confiscated at the borders. The North, West, and East border sealed. Let CA trade exclusively with Mexico.
