I kind of agree with you, if she just walks in and slaps you for having a sign, she should be introduced to ‘the system’.
That said, I don’t feel that it is good for ANY business to pick a side when it comes to politics or religion etc since you stand the chance of alienating about half of your business.
When I ran businesses, the only stickers etc allowed on ANY of the company vehicles was an American Flag - the drivers knew it when they were hired and knew I would fire them the FIRST time, no warning.
Like I said, no sense running potentially 1/2 your customers off for no good reason.
I had few rules; that being one, keeping a CLEAN (neat exterior but no coffee cups, sandwich wrappers etc in the cab)vehicle or bed, showing up for work on time, if you couldn’t do these little tasks, you didn’t need to waste either of our time.
I think he’s had it and is very frustrated. I suspect he will get more business now...
