Loughner was acting very scarey in college, the police had been notified of his behavior, yet the Democrat police chief let him get a gun license. This is the same police chief who started blaming Republicans within hours of the killings. What about due dilligence?

The Colorado theatre killer was also given a gun license even though he was under pyschiatric care for dangerous behavior, yet even though the campus police were notified the “real” police were not notified.

Jerry Sandusky was reported to the campus authorities but they never called the “real” police. This too was a failure of authorities to do their duties to notify police when a crime was committed. Each of these cases seems to suggest that there is a cover up culture on some campuses and various authorities failing to protect the public safety.
