Read the tale of Vicky Triponey.

http://www.nj.com/collegefootball/index.ssf/2012/07/politi_meet_vicky_triponey_the.html

The NCAA has been giving State Pen football a pass for years, which is why it just got a slap on the wrist instead of being shut down, and why State Pen has no interest in any kind of appeal.

The Sandusky affair was a result of Joe Paterno’s bullying, not something separate from the football program.

Good. Go Penn State! You will survive this. Just keep your heads up. The football players were made the scapegoat which is just horrible. The right man is in jail. This story should go away now. I am not sure if some of the kids will sue but if they do good luck. Most Pennsylvanians are for Penn State.

Penn State is rejecting the on-campus Chick-fil-A they had agreed to put in...

According to un-named sources (ala Reid) Penn State wanted showers installed in Chick-fil-A bathrooms and special programs to help young boys without fathers in the home....

...the gay community is working overtime to damage CFA. This hit the media last Wednesday and by Monday of this week 33 college campus locations have called to close their CFA stores. As of this morning the number is up to 40. Two universities will literally be closing by tomorrow. Three critical ones are Penn. State, University of Louisville, and St Louis University...

So much for 'diversity' tolerance and empathy.

And PENN STATE?

Penn State doesn't want a Chick-fil-A? Is Penn State angry there's no rape room in the back of Chick-fil-A stores? No 'showers' for young boys...

...or, you could post the truth about vicki triponey:

vicky triponey's timeline of terror

Some of you are becoming pathetic when it comes to disparaging anything Penn State. This woman is not someone who should be adulated on this forum, yet she apparently says stuff that fits your agenda, so you gobble it up.

It sick that you are condemning innocent people. You know the Navy went through this in 1991 during Tailhook when a women went to the third floor of a hotel and was accosted by some Navy Officers. The entire Navy had to go through sexual harassment classes and other things because a few Naval Officers were involved. I suppose you approve of this.....That to me is SICK!!!!!

Penn State is not the victim. The Penn State “community” rallied around a perverted child molester and those who covered up for him. How many kids got raped up the butt because of the Penn State leadership and culture?

Penn State should be bulldozed to the ground.

If you think Fitzpatrick and similar ilk have a severe case of the reda$$ toward Penn State now, wait until Bill OBrien and his loyal team rack up a winning season in spite of so many attempts to destroy them.

They’ve lost 9 of their best players. Too bad Jackie Sherrill and Barry Switzer left college football to the Joe Paternos of the world.

Don’t know exactly how many. I CAN give you a figure for how many innocent babies have been slaughtered in their mother’s womb, just in the U.S.A. Over 56,000,000! While some measure of outrage is fitting for what Sandusky did; where’s the sense of proportion?

Matter of fact, there was more hell raised over a couple of dogs being abused by Michael Vick than about the slaughter of those 56 MILLION human children!

Did it ever occur to you that it was probably the gay community at Penn State that covered for Sandusky not the football program???

It’s all about the money and power.

Very few, if any, in positions of power at Penn State care about the youngsters abused and the lives destroyed.

Their true sorrow is that Sandusky and his high ranking enablers at Penn State got exposed and their sainted football program got a black eye and minor wrist slap.

You might be right Uncle Chip.

I'd like to know the names and positions of the people at Penn State who have chosen to end the agreement with Chick-fil-A. I guess there are things they 'cover for' and things they don't...

When people say that it was/is the sacred football program that the administrators at Penn State were protecting, I have to laugh. Who are they kidding??? Saying that is assigning to them an altruistic motive rather than a plain selfish one.

It was their job that they were protecting not the football program. It was their job to keep things like this from happening and to deal with them when they did. They failed on both counts.

“One reason would be that there could be the appeal to horseplay or roughing it up or the like. And within the context of his charitable organization, it was expected for him to be around boys, showing a real interest in them,” Brown posited before giving the main reason that is consistently avoided by the media. “The other reason is that to report a homosexual pedophile means to risk giving homosexuality a bad name, and one does not do that and emerge unscathed.”
