I saw the WSVN truck, but my family checked later (we don’t usually watch that station) and saw NOTHING.
Thanks much FRiend for the reply.
Good to see you keeping their feet to the fire...
GACK! Missed this on my last reply: Ghostery was blocking the comments. I suspended Ghostery for a moment and SHAZAM!, there were your comments...
In this case no link is a good link.
Anton I would pay money to watch that!!!
Perhaps they think today would generate more revenue. After all, it is a business.
I agree. One of the reasons why so many people support gay marriage is because their knowlege of gays is limited to the cute and nice young guys who live down the street who wear chinos and polo shirts and are into Barry Mannilow and antiquing. The kiss-in is an in-your-face tactic that I don’t think a lot of people, including hetero gay rights supporters, are ready for. Especially when it comes to having their young children witness such (and start asking the inevitible questions.)
Very, Very good idea. With the cameras running, the Restaurant should offer the actual kissers a free soda or something.
Look at how this wonderful Chick-Fil-A employee handles a guy who has become what he thinks he hates: http://townhall.com/tipsheet/katiepavlich/2012/08/02/liberal_verbally_assaults_chickfila_worker_i_dont_know_how_you_live_with_yourself
Of course they want live coverage of men kissing men and women kissing women to win over public sentiment...
Yeah, that’s the ticket!
Is there a time frame for the perverts’ lip lock spectacular? I’d like to be there (at our nearest CFA, obviously) to tell them God loves them and that I’m praying for them.
I was pleasantly surprised by our local Gannett newsrag Thursday morning. There was a front page story about CFA Appreciation Day, complete with photo. I had gone early to the same store, and it was busy but not swamped. The photo from later in the day showed a line with at least 50 people waiting.
They also mentioned a 45 minute wait at the other Monmouth County location, in a mall. They covered both sides of the issue, unusual for any Gannett paper.
I’m going to e-mail the reporter to compliment him on the story and tell him to thank the editors for not butchering it.
Answer the kids' questions honestly.
"There are some people who are mentally ill with same sex affection disorder. We call them homosexuals. Most of them are not bad people, just a little sick. But some are dangerous, so never let one get you alone.
We shouldn't hate them, but we have to be aware of them. That house with the rainbow flag is a house to avoid. It is not right to harrass them or beat them up, but don't let them get too close either. You can be their friend, but not too close a friend.
It is OK to let them know that God loves them, and that we will pray for them to be cured of their illness. Then we should include them in our prayers. Any questions?"
Important to buy the meal first and then give it to them: reporters, kissers, etc. Get them a #1 with a Coke and tell them that you are praying for them.
Kill them with kindness.
..and be sure you support CFA by buying a meal in their name whether they eat it or not.
Chick fil a should do the same for the gays. Give them free food and drinks and treat them politely. It would be the Christian thing to do and would drive the protesters absolutely nuts
It was all over tv, radio and the front page here. I expect less with the stuff today.
