I know a couple in the DC area who "married" in one of the states that allow homosexuals to marry one another.

One of the two is a foreign national and has worked here for years and has been waiting his turn in the legal immigration line.

I'd guess Pelosi and the rest apparently want to have those cases treated "equally" with those of legal heterosexual marriages.

WHAT??? So if a person is going to be deported, if they are gay that will save them from being deported? What the hell kind of sense does that make?
