“...do you have a feel - or have you seen any local commentary - on how the SCourt will call this one?”

I really don’t. Even amongst GOP bloggers here in Minnesota, there doesn’t seem to be much commentary about it.

"Its argument is that voters won’t be able to understand the ballot question."

You have to understand Lib-Speak. Notice how, when confronted with a different opinion, libs tend to say "Oh, he's just ignorant"?

In Lib-speak "he's ignorant" or "he doesn't understand" really just means "he hasn't been sufficiently indoctrinated in the Party Line".

Libs tend to lose when they actually have to debate the logic of their positions. This makes it imperative to side-step any actual debate.

The main ways that this is done is by either declaring the opposing speaker as unworthy of debating ("He's ignorant", "He's stupid", "Fox LIES!") or by declaring his position as anathema ("Racist!", "Sexist!", "Homophobic!", "Hate Speech!") and thus not a fit subject to speak about. Just shutting down the opponent is also a favorite, whether accomplished by shouting over him, or prohibiting him from speaking because of threats of violence.

Possible ... they elected a wrestler for Governor and Al Franken, the local village idiot as Senator .... must observe that the Minnesota public is suspect.

The DFL has perfected the art of vote fraud in this state.

Jesse "The Dork" Ventura won because he split the vote 3 ways and used one of the DFL's little tricks to his advantage >> Same day registration.

He got a bunch of young mush heads to show up,register, and vote the day of the election.

Thanks to the DFL, all you have to do to vote in MN is show up at the polls and point at a name in the register.

The DFL is scared to death of the Voter ID amendment passing. They are gearing up for a massive vote fraud run this time because if the Voter ID amendment passes, They know they are in heap big doo doo.
