Shall the Minnesota Constitution be amended to require all voters to present valid photo identification to vote and to require the state to provide free identification to eligible voters, effective July 1, 2013?

Lest we maintain voter fraud in Minnesota....

Incredible. But that is what it comes down to with the democrats. They need idiots to vote for them. As well as the not so dumb who are on the money doles.

If voters do not understand that they should not be allowed near a ballot.

LWV should have their voting privilege revoked.

Shame on the LWV for joining such Leftist groups as SEIU in opposing fair elections. Happily, these clueless women are graying and will not be here forever.

I voted in the 2010 elections in Minnesota - the one that gave the state Crazy Eyes Dayton. The State declared that anyone wearing a T shirt with “Ask for My ID” would be arrested.
When I got to the election judge’s table to get my ballot, where all that is needed would be for one to point to the name in the sign in book, I gave the election judge my Minnesota drivers license - without being prompted to do so. I got the stinky eye for that one.
No longer in Minnesota, where my vote does not count anyway, since Mark Ritchie is already bought and paid for.

Its argument is that voters won’t be able to understand the ballot question.

Possible ... they elected a wrestler for Governor and Al Franken, the local village idiot as Senator .... must observe that the Minnesota public is suspect.

When I was a kid, I was taught that the LWV was a good guy group.

The older I get, the more I realize they are NOT.

They are evil.

In 2008, I voted at my precinct in southwest Minneapolis.

I gave the pollworker my name and address and and she was looking for it, I asked her “How do you even know if I’m Steve S......? You do realize that I could walk in here and vote under someone else’s name - right?”

I didn’t say it loudly and I didn’t say it with any anger or sarcasm in my voice. The pollworker stopped and looked at me as if I just asked her if she was a space alien too. The pollworker next to her chimed in and told me not to make trouble.

I laughed at both of them, this time in a sarcastic tone and reminded them “You know, you really have no idea if I am who I’m claiming to be”.

You know what? I got the feeling that they truly didn’t care if I committed voter fraud or not.

They probably figured you where going to vote for “their
guy anyway. What are the odds of someone in Minneapolis voting republican?

I think you might be the last one in the city that would.

Keep your gun close and your powder dry.

The only reason to object to voter ID, is if you are in favor of voter fraud.

THIS SHOULD BE SHOUTED FROM THE ROOFTOPS ALL ACROSS THE LAND!!!!
