Practising medicine without a license is a crime in most states, I believe. It won’t make any difference to the regime, but the fool that gets caught won’t think it’s funny when he’s sharing a cell with Bruno and Hans Erich.

What state laws mandate can be changed in a day by changing the laws. As it stands, nurses are doing more and more. Advanced-care (masters-degree) nurses have been administering anesthesia, writing prescriptions, delivering babies, and doing many other tasks that otherwise would be done by doctors.

Not really. He’s County Judge, a title that does not accurately reflect his duties, which are primarily administrative.

Look, the whole healthcare system is a mess, and will get much worse under Obamacare. This guy is flooded with Mexicans, who aren’t insured but who aren’t turned away, either. It’s killing his county, and I don’t blame him for speaking up.

Don’t agree with him, but don’t blame him for mouthing off. We all feel frustrated.
