I would also like to add - just like Obama, his roots are not the same as black Americans. He is a descendant of West Indians who immigrated to the United States.

Today I use my cell phone as a watch, but for most of my life wore my watch on my right hand for the same reason TurnTo cited. To say most people wear their watch on their opposite hand does not mean all people do so. Things like that are only possible indicators, not positive proof, of a problem with a photo.
If I were investigating the legitimacy of a photo and saw a left-handed man with a watch on the left hand, would I ask questions? Probably. But sometimes the questions have legitimate answers.
We've got so many good reasons based on President Obama’s politics to have problems with him that I don't see the need to have problems with things like whether he is really left-handed or not.

My guess is, in Spanish that would be either mulato or, if his (theoretical, I realize) "baby-daddy" was, say, 1/4 white, then he'd be more like cuarteron de mulato (our "quadroon"), also called in Spanish morisco and tresalvo.
