I can’t believe this is happening.

It’s the green light for drug cartels and anyone who does not care about the rule of law.

OUTSTANDING!

Now Arizona can pass a bill offering $50 and a bus ticket to California to anyone here illegally!

Free bus ticket, enough cash for beer and ice, and a destination that will protect you from the cops - how could they resist?

Re “California cannot afford to be another Arizona”. You Aholes wish you were Arizona, despite the destructiveness of Gov. Janet Napolitano (who has been given an opportunity to show off her incompetence at the national level).

Your cities are going bankrupt, your gangs are larger than most major cities’ police forces and National Guard, crime is rampant in many of your major and medium-sized cities, your Gov. doesn’t know what planet he is on, and your state legislature sounds more like the Soviet Politburo than a sane, representative body.

You think that breaking the law is permissible and that enforcing it is not. George Orwell would be proud of you, comrades.

Let’s celebrate your latest legal fiasco like “it’s 1984”.

But....but....but.....I thought that SCOTUS & the 0dumb0 administration were adamant that only the Fed gubmint should set & establish immigration law & enforcement with federal agencies. But I guess that only applies for conservative, patriotic, pro-American legislation passed by the states.

As long as liberal, retard states pass their own pro-illegal measures, I doubt any appeals court of fed judge will rule against this travesty.

I feel sorry for conservatives & freepers who are living in la-la Kalifornicate Socialist Republic. Otherwise it is time to hand Kalifornicate back to Mexico and never let them return to the U.S.

Fellow Americans. Not all of us Californians, the 52% of us that actually sre legal, work for a living and are getting raped over and over again by Jerry Brown, his fellow demwits and all the illegals, are against Arizona. I would, if I could, move from this shit hole state. I am currently looking into getting a job in South Dakota but I am afraid to do that because if Obama gets re-elected, he will shut down everything related to petroleum products. If Romney gets elected and hopefully does some of his campaign promises, then I will definitely relocate my family even though it will be hard but well worth it. Please don't hold all Californians the same way as the worthless pieces of crap in this state.

Will illegals in California be able to get California Driver’s Licenses that they can show to cops in other states to thwart the laws of more rational states (such as Arizona)?

Dems love illegal aliens..why..simple..because they need the votes, anyway they can get them..and they can get illegals to vote for them. If illegal aliens voted Republican you would hear from Dems that they want them deported, but since illegals love Dems and love Commies they make idiotic bills such as this. I have lived in this state my entire life and if it wasn’t for the fact that the majority of my family lives here I would have left this commie hellhole a long time ago

I don't want a single penny of Federal Tax money to be spent on California when it bankrupts. I don't care about any circumstances or anything else.

If the fedgov picks up the what? $41 billion that Cali is in the hole, then the feds are paying for all of these insane acts that are passing in the legislature out there.

Let em rot and find a way to pay for these insane lefty nut programs by themselves.

We need to file a class action lawsuit against every state with a sanctuary city and that offers drivers licenses to illegal aliens. They're using them to vote and that's diluting our votes, making them less valuable.

Doesn't the Constitution specifically state that only citizens can vote? (yeah, I know)

Today's vote signals to the nation that California cannot afford to be another Arizona," Assemblyman Tom Ammiano, a Democrat who sponsored the measure, said in a statement.

California can't afford a pot to pi$$ in. Put some more mouths on that withered teat, Tom, and then what? Expect people who will use their resources to make their economy go to bail out a state rich in resources who won't use them?

Sometimes, there just ain't no fixin' stupid.

Many moons ago, I was growing up in a California that was proud to be the home of Ronald Reagan. Every year or two many University of California professors earned Nobel Prizes for real science. In the 70’s Jerry Moonbeam Brown was selected Governor. He screwed it up so badly, they selected him again.

California's suicide has been well documented.

to imagine that they voted for lefty moonbeam after years of lefty Gray then Girlyman Wussinator....is just a symptom of the cancer that permeates the state....

the good folks there have been leaving in droves....the rest of the good folks should leave so we can roach-bomb the rest...

I escaped California last year. I forgot to turn out the lights (I was the last to leave, correct?). Seriously, this is just asinine but sadly not surprising. The final straw was the 2010 election. We chose an idiot like Brown over Meg Whitman? Really?? We re-elected Barbara Boxer when we could have had Carly Fiorina? Just stupid, so very very stupid. And now the state is billions is the hole, building a high speed rail that is overbudget (did I mention I voted again that one too?), and now this type of garbage. Seriously, all I ask is that the federal government NOT bail them out when (not if) they demand everyone to fix their mistakes.

Having 30% of its residents be “undocumented democrats” has worked out so well for The Land Of Fruits,Nuts And Flakes that they want to make it 40%.
