I was just thinking of some words that could be used in a poem -—any poets out there? Max tax hacks lax cracks wax sacks I’m sure there are many more. Come on you poets let’s get a good chant started.

That’s what I’ve been wondering for months.
While I think Roberts made the wrong (and foolish) legal decision, writing it up as a tax and having the liberal judges sign it sets up a lot of different legal issues in my mind. The Democrats can try to call it anything they want, but now they will have to content with it as a tax and everything that implies.
