Can we teach citizenship in schools and mention Jesus by name? Just curious, ‘cause I could work with this.
See through the Leftwing media propaganda!
Michelle Obama is not talking about the Jesus Christ of Christians.
She is talking about the "Jesus Christ" of her and Barack's church of "Black Liberation Theology." The founder of "Black Liberation Theology," James Cone, and his most devote follower Reverend Jeremiah Wright - holds that Jesus Christ was a Black Palestinian Revolutionary who violently fought White Romans and Jews.
This "model for citizenship" that the Obamas believe in and ABC dutifully sugarcoats, teaches the following - according to James Cone in his 1970 book A Black Theology of Liberation (LINK):
The black Christ is he who threatens the structure of evil as seen in white society, rebelling against it, thereby becoming the embodiment of what the black community knows that it must become." (page 121)"The black Christ is he who nourishes the rebellious impulse in blacks so that at the appointed time the black community can respond collectively to the white community as a corporate bad nigger, lashing out at the enemy of human-kind."(page 121)
"To be a disciple of the black Christ is to become black with him. Looting, burning, or the destruction of white property are not primary concerns. Such matters can only be decided by the oppressed themselves who are seeking to develop their images of the black Christ". (page 123)
She must have just found out who Marie Antoinette was...and what happened to HER!!!
Moo is a prime model of hypocrisy.
Nah.... she found out there was a 'last supper' and is upset she didn't get an invite.
The loaves and fishes was a great miracle until the nanny state banned it for being more than 16 ounces and having too many trans fats.

According to the article, FLOTUS said, “Jesus didnt limit his ministry to the four walls of the church.” This is precisely what the Catholic bishops have been saying. She makes a great argument against the HHS mandate being imposed by POTUS and Sebellius. Oh, the irony, if Cardinal Dolan finds a way to use her remarks in defense of the Catholic Church against the mandate.
