What the Obambi and the idiots in charge have TOLD US is bad enough- a botched operation to sell, then track, guns into Mexico...

So if that is the truth, show us the documents that tell us whose idiotic idea it was so we can fire his a$$.

But, there must be more to it than that, or else they would gladly show us the info that backs up the story they already gave us.

Thanks for producing this letter for the thread.

It is a stunning letter. Rep. Issa is basically calling the _resident a liar and and a scoundrel. If, as has been rumored for the last week or so, he has copies of many of the documents, the _resident is trapped. I don’t think Issa would have worded it so starkly if he did not know the answers to his questions. There will likely be further delay and stonewalling, but eventually there will be a break.

The best they can hope for is delay until after the election.

IMO Theory on why CongressCritters haven’t mention Zapata (suit) lately is they do not want it to APPEAR they are working together.

Actually, Zapata and Avila are filing separate claims/lawsuits and article names attorneys.

I haven’t seen published anywhere the detail of info on the lawsuit as is in the article, link post 24. Unfortunately, it is AP.

And what does this mean (from the article)?

“The claim notice is a precursor to a lawsuit.”
A claim has been filed, but not a lawsuit?

Can the Obama Adm EP kill two birds with one stone, i.e., stonewall Issa (as you said, run out the election clock) and shut down discovery in the lawsuits?

Check my posts for that day. There is a letter, written by Grassley on a PPDF file that someone converted to HTML for me. It gives great detail of what happened that day. Who was involved. Who walked the guns. Who gave the order for these two agents to cross the border at great risk?

Congress has the good on the locals and apparently whistle blowing documents that tie it to the higher ups.

Letter was written in March IIRC. Bcsco helped find information that day and probably has it all documented.
