Of course they want to negotiate; It will go something like “Please, please, what can we do for you Mr. Holder, you Highness, so you will help us get out of this jam we’ve foolishly forced ourselves into”?
NO, I am not talking about "contempt of Congress". I am talking about accessory to murder of Agent Terry & ICE Agent Zapata. And 300 Mexicans. Holder has escaped charges on several other crimes protected by Justice Department status. Roll the rock over and see what is really under it.
