What world are these people living in???

"You know you are going to come under a lot of scrutiny over this, correct?" asks Serino. "Had this person been white would you have felt the same way?"

What the hell kind of question is that??? Yeh, his head would have bled and bruised the same no matter what the race of the attacker. This Serino is a real piece of work. Immediately his police interrogation shifts into a political interrogation.

Serino then questioned the extent of Zimmerman's injuries telling him that they don't seem consistent with someone involved in a life or death struggle.

And just what should those injuries look like??? If he had fractured his skull, would that have been better??? not enough blood for you??? not enough bruises??? more cuts???

Just how exactly did Serino explain the injuries to the back of his head, the black eyes, the broken nose??? According to Serino, he should have let him beat him a little bit longer.

I can't tell what would have been worse -- the beating he took from Trayvon or the one administered by Serino.

IIRC, the gun jammed after the first shot.

I hadn't heard that, but quite possible, especially with a one hand hold. The Kel-Tec PF-9 is a very light gun for a 9 mm. It does not tolerate "limp-wristing". My son has about 450 rounds through his, and I've shot it a few times. It takes discipline.

My question for Sereno, is how bad a beating should Zimmerman have endured before defending himself.

One of the witnesses on the scene testified that GZ looked like he had just gotten his ass kicked. That beating wasn’t enough for the sadistic Serino. I’m amazed at his cluelessness. I’d love to see his affidavit -—
