I always yearned for a post that got many, many replies...
By “amorphus means” you mean that we elect electors rather than candidates?
How many times has an elector voted against the candidate of his party?
Therefore, electors = candidates. For the judge to decide otherwise is slight of hand.
sorry, once, I am trying to see if admin can delete them now. i don’t know what happened, my screen did not change... so sorry
Yeah...but this is like Racine County vote padding.
No problem, It’s all good...
I noticed that, and something more.
Klayman asked the judge if he should send a request to file
an amended complaint, and the judge said that wouldn’t be necessary, because he had made a note of it. And then the judge went on and said something along the lines of - “and I wouldn’t have done that, unless I was amiable to it”.
The state had requested that the judge not all the original complaint to be amended - the judge has not only said the he will allow the complaint to be amended, but that he will also aprove it!
HAHAHA!
Yeah, I don’t wanna be a super-star this way. BUT, it’d be different if I were an O-Bot...
That, and the fact that the law is written around political parties and their procedures. The accountability is pretty lax on this point of eligibility of presidential candidates,as far as prevention. I would think that if fraud could be proved on the part of party officials, and a criminal indictment were brought for perjury in certifying the candidate, that would be the ideal, but there seems to be no stomach for that in any state.
