Gov. Scott should replace her to protect himself....
Corey’s personal motivation is to prove her street cred with her black constituents to get re-elected, just like Nifong. Gov. Scott’s motivation is to deny the Democrats a November 2012 get-out-the-vote issue, deferring the case until next year and taking the air out of Stand Your Ground repeal efforts. Corey is the perfect candidate for the job. Plus, she gets to make a fool of herself, which is allows the Florida GOP to, finally, wash their hands of her.
