I doubt Obummer confused Mitt with his father George. I suspect Obummer things all Republicans are named either George or Ronald or Richard.

Maybe “George” was not a slip at all. Nobama wants to reinforce his blame-game, by dropping the name often as possible, and he ain’t trying to convince us, its his bunch that are drifting away.

I’m not sure if everyone remembers that George Romney was his father’s name. And I’ve always thought that Mitt Romney was yet another child of political privilege, who got his money and his connections from his father.

As a matter of fact, coincidentally enough, his father was named George W. Romney.

Not that this wasn’t obviously a gaffe, which the press in this country will yet again let him off on.

Got to be the dumbest SOB to occupy the White House ever! He has been educated well beyond his intelligence. If we last another 1000 years, he will still be the “Dumbest”.

America's first affirmative action president.

I doubt that someone as ignorant as is Barry O even knows that there was a George Romney. I’m certain it was a slip because he was thinking of Dubya.

My thinking exactly. In fact, I doubt Barry even knows that Willard's first name is Mittens.

I actually think George Bush lives inside his head. He is so desperate to blame everything on him and he just can’t help himself.

The gaffe will remain unnoticed by our watchful MSM.

An indication that obama and his team have recently been studying George Romney, for the purpose of digging up any bones that will help in the campaign.
Of course if anyone did any study of obama’s father, that would be so unfair. (I’m gonna have to use a sark tag here, after recent experience. Beg your pardon.) /s

Sir Arthur Charles Clarke (16 December 1917 – 19 March 2008) was a British author, inventor and futurist. My favorite definition of “Intellectual” is: “Someone who has been educated beyond his/her intelligence.” You might remember him, he is famous for his many novels, among them 2001: A Space Odyssey (1968). Hell, I just impressed myself, feel free to use it; with quotes. This comment just made into Google. “Barack Obama calls Mitt Romney ‘George’ in latest election gaffe www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2891738/posts You +1’d this publicly. He has been educated well beyond his intelligence.

With his school records sealed, we don't really know that.

Speaking of gaffes, My daughter’s latest favorites are: speaking at auschwitz and calling it a Polish death camp. that’s right up there with his first historical gaffe 5 minutes after becoming (p)resident and not knowing how many men before him were President. that was ridiculous.
