Judge Benjamin Lerner is lily white But he knows which side his bread is buttered on.

60 years. Detroit has had a GOP Mayor more recently than Philadelphia.

I’d give him 15 yds on the kickoff for dancing in the end zone but other than that this was black on black crime so I guarantee “commander zero” and the “just us brothers” couldn’t be found with a bloodhound and a Predator drone.

I agree with your point, but I *think* this is yet another
case where the Castle Docrine is not relevant. Seems to be
yet another MSM indication of hostility toward it here.

Common Pleas Judge Benjamin Lerner then convicted Jonathan Lowe, 57, of voluntary manslaughter and possession of an instrument of crime. The judge found him not guilty of the more-serious charges of first- and third-degree murder. I'd like to publicly state that if I ever see Common Pleas Judge Benjamin Lerner being physically assaulted I will do nothing to intervene, as I want to try to follow the letter of the judges ruling and not end up in jail.
