Probably a crack smoking government employee with a key.
Years ago such an employee was stealing shore power cables from the piers at the Norfolk Naval Station.
He was selling them to scrap dealers to satisfy his crack habit.
Agree totally - - he will be “Joe the Plumber” all over again.
Constructive Destruction might be the answer, even for government functions that are constitutional. Eliminate a department due to budget constraints. Terminate all the employees. (Proper notice and help in finding a real job, of course.)
Then start a totally new agency with new staff.
Anyone bold enough and inside enough to plan this burglary would know his way around security cameras. Nonetheless, I think the perp(s) will be caught, depending on how devoted the powers-that-be are to finding him/her/them.
There is probably a code that lets security know who is in the building when. Everyone in the Capitol building at the time of the burglaries will be interrogated until the process of elimination leaves the prime suspect(s).
These guards are not that well paid that $ couldn’t buy access; on the other hand, some political actors are so dedicated to their cause/candidate, no crime is beyond them.
Gives ya warm fuzzies knowing these people are in charge of our security.
We must remember that the hard line leftists will lie, cheat, steal or murder to advance their agenda. For those of us that think no way, they couldn’t manage that, there are more than enough like Van Jones, Jarrett, the Sunstiens, and the names just keep coming. There are at least one million of these dead philosophy zombies perfectly willing to threaten someone with death and carry it out when the threat does not work.
So.... are these break-ins done to show that they can reach anywhere?

Secret Service trying to get back on DumBO’s good side.
Remember, these Vile Vermin burned Palin's Church long ago. They can sometimes fool men, but God is not fooled or mocked. What Obozo has done in regard to Israel is not unnoticed.
