I had that card (Topps '67). I wonder what it would be worth today? On the other hand... I don't think I'd want to know. I had a Mickey Mantle from that year, too. And Hank Aaron. And Carl Yastrzemski...
RIP, Moose.

I had that card (Topps '67). I wonder what it would be worth today?Probably no more than a buck. As a kid, I had all the cards that were the best of the 50s, but put them all into the spokes on my bike. Hey - I was cooool.

I discovered when I was 8 that if I cut my brothers BB cards semi in half, I could put two together and make great cross beams for building multilevel card houses....I also discovered that I could scream and run very fast when he found out what I had done...

Ted’s first year as the Senator’s manager was ‘69. The Moose was out of MLB by then.

I loved Moose Skowron. He was a great guy, and I enjoyed when he would sit in during White Sox broadcasts in recent years. I’m so sorry to hear of his passing. RIP, Moose. God bless the Skowron family.

That’s correct, but at my age then and my age now I may have merged the two, but I do remember seeing both, just not at the same time I guess.
I have Ted’s autograph....
