Hmmm, why do I wonder what “Portrait of Trayvon” would look like?
To: SMGFan
Interesting idea. I with I had it 20 years and 6 kids ago, and I think I would prefer photos rather than video.

How long before some nanny-state type decides the father is some sort of pervert?
To: Gil4
I’ve seen the photo one done before - I think this gives more of an idea of personality than still photos would do. Plus - I’m sure there’s a treasure trove of a young girl telling her future self all about her life.

wow, I just LOVE this! The girl is absolutely ADORABLE! She's so cute!
I like the music and I really like that it's not done just with stills, but with fast-timed video.
God bless and protect this adorable girl!

I forget the name of the film, but there’s an independent film out with footage that a father took of his daughter as she grew up. The footage is disturbingly lurid and the daughter in her later years is shown relating how abusive it was.
In this case it is clearly harmless, but you should see that film I mention (on the Documentary channel, I think) if you want to see something that actually justifies having a social worker around.

I watched it with the volume off, but seeing her talk in high speed made wish she would stop.
It was interesting to see the result of a lot of work by someone whose life is much more structured than I could handle.

Nice idea. This also proves that women genetically just cannot stop talking.

(Its like 1933, mixed with the Carter 70s, plus the books 1984 and Animal Farm, all at the same time.)
