So is the prosecutor. Geez!
Re the states attorney doing the questioning today... If I recall the name correctly, this same guy doing the questioning is one of the “collaborators” who worked with investigator Gilbreath on the affidavit of charges/”evidence”. That is what I recall the investigator saying a few minutes ago.
The state has an obligation to reveal ALL exculpatory evidence.
period.
If his head was bloody and been bashed in the concreate then there will be blood (with DNA) on the concrete. That is testable. Provable. Exculpatory.
If it was ignored or destroyed then there is a spoiliation of evidence and a serious nifong matter for this state wide prosecutor.
This is why stand your ground was created, to protect citizens from crack pot prosecutors.
from cop: powder burns and stipling on Martin & injuries consistent with having head pounded .. two lacerations.
Just wait until they find out he stole a pencil in 3rd grade. If they can't prove it, they'll claim he did.
Most definitely!
Gilbreath: The (Zimmerman) injuries are constistent with a harder object striking his head .. than his head was.
GZ about to make a statement to court !
Investigator unaware of injuries to GZ’s nose. Hasn’t asked for medical report.
O’Mara has report ... will give to Corey.
Oh, my.
GZ to speak!
Zimmerman up. Now the prosecutor is going after him.
This pros is a true @hole
WTF is the defense thinking! NEVER put your client on the stand when you are winning!
He must have a plan. He’s not a stupid man.
First impression is that O'M is sharp as a tack.
From reading here I think he’s thinking that he can put this whole railroading of Zimmerman to bed today.
It won't matter if the NBP publically announced on CNN that it's been recalled because someone somehwere will decided to go for it. I thought Zimmerman and his family and parents needed to go into witness protection weeks ago.
O’Mara is the real deal.
GZ off the stand.

[Updated at 10:55 a.m. ET] “I wanted to say I am sorry for the loss of your son,” Zimmerman said, apparently addressing Martin’s parents, who are in the room.
Zimmerman also said he thought Martin was older than he was, and that he “didn’t know if (Martin) was armed or not.”
