I think he found something that few others have bothered with in his idea for eliminating the tax on manufacturing. In fact when we look at the whole thing, I think he calls for the largest total combined tax cuts.

Given the choice between Obama, Romney, and Santorum, picking Santorum is a no-brainer. Adding Gingrich to his cabinet makes the no-brainer even easier. Romney is the republican Obama; "Anything but Obama" extends to him. Romney will be as good for Obama's re-election campaign as Obama's presidency was for gun sales. You heard it here first.

There are still a lot of people who have to wake up and sniff the coffee. This thing is over. Even Gingrich pretty much admitted that yesterday.

The media is hiding the fact that Rick is a champion of economic freedom
________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Don’t blame it all on the media. Rick has to share some of the blame. He allowed himself to be derailed from issues people care about and tried to be the Pat Roberson of the 21st Century. It didn’t work for Pat in 1988 and it didn’t work for Rick in 2012. Nobody gives a crap if a 17 year old buys a condom on Saturday night or if soldiers have sex if women are allowed in combat zones. Sorry Rick, your Economic message is too little too late. You were the Conservatives last hope, but, you couldn’t stay on message and now we’re stuck with RINO-Rom.

Some pretty bitter coffee when you consider the fact that Romney has virtually no chance of winning against Obama.

Why bring up this dead horse issue? We have the Republican nominee...Mitt Romney...now who will you support...Mitt or Barack?

The liberal with a "D" behind his name beats the liberal with an "R" behind his name in *every* general election. It's a safe bet Obama trounces Romney. The only question is ... are our 'leaders' too stupid to understand that? Or, was this the plan all along?

Nice ... the political equivalent of the school yard punk asking the dweeb if he wants a punch in the face or a kick in the nuts. I'll vote for the one that represents "conservatism", thank you very much, and that is "none of the above". The bullies never learn until dweebs pack up and fight back. It's about time we genuine conservatives did just that.

I support and defend God, the Republic, Life, Liberty, and Limited Government.
I will not vote for nor contribute to or support the spineless progressive known as Romney.
I will vote for the principled conservative choice for all offices and where there is no principled conservative I will write one in.

I personally think it was the plan all along.
After all, winning means you actually have to do something but there’s some awfully heavy lifting to be done. That comes with blame.

I'm encouraged by this positive and factual piece by the Washington Times...
..Let's hope truth and facts will become the norm now...
....rather than the previous smears, falsehoods, ridicule and antagonism from many news organizations....
One can hope!

Be careful what you say around here, there are some extremely bitter people. I basically said the same thing a few days ago and was called all sorts of names including “p***y” (by a woman) and that I wouldn’t fight for our country. After I let her in on my 3 tours to Iraq she said my service was wasted because I never really got it. This place is about to go into total meltdown.

I'm a Santorum supporter, but I'm beginning to think the smart move may be for him to get out. Throw a bone to the Republican establishment with the understanding that he intends to be back in 4 years after Romney fails and expects the establishment to not be cutting the legs out from under him next time. This country has proven it's fairly durable, and the worst of Obama has been Obamacare which the SC will probably toss without any help from Republicans. The Party will show itself to be feckless again in the next 4 years, but will be a sufficient block to keep the country from going under completely.

Are you looking at a website comparing tax policies of the different candidates?
To: DBeers
I hope he sticks it out. I’m glad Newt is too, because I feel there is still a chance for a brokered convention.

Yes, Rick IS the "real deal." The Pope has given us two very stern warnings in the last couple of years ; and during his Easter Vigil this year, his message was filled with "darkness." A good time to listen up would be now! Rick Santorum for President and for Life!!

Now that is truly amazing, I lived in Salt Lake City, Utah for thirteen years and never realized I was living in the midst of crazed cultists...dang, they seemed like very decent people to me who loved God, family, and country. I guess that is kind of radical.
I don’t need to see that trash site you posted to know about Mormons...I do sincerely feel bad that you have decided to support Barack Obama but, then he isn’t a “cultist” is he?
